Leesburg FL Movers offers residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services. Additional services such as packing or storage may be provided upon request.

2. Booking and Payments

• Service bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or signed agreement.
• Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Full payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date.

4. Liability

• Leesburg FL Movers is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must inform us of fragile or valuable items in advance.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the moving requirements.
• Ensure safe access to the pickup and delivery locations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leesburg FL Movers’ liability for damages is limited to the actual value of the goods or $0.60 per pound per item, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Florida.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
